Born on September 8, 1924 in the village of Nizhneglubokoe, Lebyazhievsky District, Kurgan District, Ural Region (now part of the same region of the Kurgan Region). From a peasant family. Russian. He moved with his family to the city of Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkarian Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. He graduated from 8 classes of secondary school No. 6 in Nalchik. He studied at the Baku Maritime College.
After the start of World War II, in 1941, studies were interrupted, returned to Nalchik and joined the military unit. In the Red Army – from May 1942, he was called up by the Nalchik city military commissariat. In the battles of World War II from July 1, 1942. But the war did not last long – already on July 13 he was wounded. After recovery, he returned to the front, in further battles of 1942 he was surrounded. Later he participated in the liberation of the Caucasus and Kuban.
In the battle of June 26, 1943, under the village of the Crimean Krasnodar Territory, he was wounded a second time. Having returned to duty, until the end of the war he fought as a mortar man in the 168th Guards Rifle Regiment. Member of the Novorossiysk-Taman offensive and Kerch-Eltigen landing operations, military operations to expand and retain the Kerch bridgehead, Belarusian, East Prussian, Berlin offensive operations. Guard Sergeant A.A. Volosatov distinguished himself during the Kerch landing. Having landed on the Kerch Peninsula, with mortar fire supported the attacking units.
In the battle on November 3, 1943, when attacking German positions at a fortified height east of Kerch, with a mortar fire, he destroyed up to 20 Nazis and an easel machine gun along with the crew, ensuring a quick height capture.
By order of the commander of the 55th Guards Rifle Division dated February 19, 1944 “For the exemplary performance of command missions at the front of the battle against the German invaders and the valor and courage of the guard shown”, Sergeant Volosatov Anatoly Anisimovich was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.
On January 13, 1945, he distinguished himself in the breakthrough battles for a lot of echelon long-term enemy defense in the area of the city of Gumbinnen in East Prussia. Skillfully commanding the calculation, acting under strong artillery and mortar and machine-gun fire, he put down the fire of 2 machine guns, destroyed 1 light machine gun with a calculation, as well as 2 enemy soldiers.
In the battle of January 15, near the settlement of Zhirgupenen, the calculation shot 278 mines at the enemy. During the capture of Gumbinnen on January 19, when the enemy showed fierce resistance, he advanced the mortar to an open position and precisely laid mines in the orders of the counterattacking enemy. Destroyed 9 enemy soldiers, foiling the German counterattack and ensuring the advancement of our units.
By order of the commander of the 28th army dated March 7, 1945 he was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.
When repulsing 2 enemy counterattacks, up to 70 enemy soldiers, 5 easel machine guns along with their calculations were destroyed by his calculation. The boundary was withheld.
By order of the commander of the 28th army dated June 16, 1945 he was again awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.
By a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of November 3, 1992 “For exemplary performance of command assignments in battles against Nazi invaders,” staff sergeant Anatoly Anisimovich Volosatov was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree.
In 1946 he was demobilized. He graduated from the Dzaudzhikau (now Vladikavkaz) mining and metallurgical college. He lived in the city of Nalchik. He worked at the Ferghana oil refinery.
Since 1985, retired. Died March 25, 2012. He was buried at the Slavic cemetery in Krasnodar.
