By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of June 7, 1968, “For exemplary fulfillment of command assignments in battles with the Nazi invaders”, the staff sergeant of the reserve, Amanbaev Alimbay, was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree.
In 1946, A. Amanbaev was demobilized. Lives in the city of Nukus. Before leaving for a well-deserved rest, he worked as a mechanic in the Office of Mechanized Works. He was awarded the orders of the October Revolution, World War II 1st and 2nd degree, Red Star, Glory 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree, medals.
