Born on January 14, 1914 in the village of Shark, Karasuy district, Osh region of Kyrgyzstan, in a peasant family. Uzbek. Secondary education. He worked as chief accountant on the collective farm named after Molotov, Osh District.
In 1941 he was sent to Tashkent, to the artillery school. After training, he returned home, continued to work as an accountant.
In October 1942 he was drafted into the Red Army. At the front since February 1943. He participated in the Second World War as part of the South-West, 3rd Ukrainian and 1st Belorussian fronts. He fought as the commander of the calculation of the 45-mm guns. He crossed the North Donets River, freed Kovel, broke through the enemy defenses on the Vistula River, participated in the battles for the liberation of the cities of Lodz, Kutno, Lenchitsa, Gniezno, Poznan and Berlin.
On February 1, 1944, near the village of Krasnoye (Nikopolsky District, Dnepropetrovsk Region, Ukrainian SSR), with his crew from an open position, they hit 3 firing points and above the enemy infantry squad.
By order of March 6, 1944, the sergeant Parpiev was awarded the Order of Glory of the 3rd degree.
July 18, 1944 when breaking through the enemy’s defense near the railway station, Matseyuv (Turiysky district of the Volyn region) discovered an enemy cannon and with three shots put it out and the whole crew was out of order. When pursuing the enemy with fire from a gun, he eliminated 2 carts with military equipment and several Nazis.
By order of the October 6, 1944 Guard, Senior Sergeant Parpiev was awarded the Order of Glory of the 2nd degree.
On April 16, 1945, during an assault on the heights southeast of the city of Zelow (Germany), the calculation suppressed 2 pillboxes, 3 machine-gun points. In street battles in Berlin, he paved the way for shooters with precise fire, made passages in wire fences, and exterminated a large number of Nazis.
After the Victory in 1945, demobilized.
By decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of May 15, 1946, “For the exceptional courage and heroism shown at the final stage of the Great Patriotic War in battles with the Nazi invaders”, the guard sergeant Parpiev Abdurashid was awarded the Order of Glory of the 1st degree.
He died on November 2, 1974 in Kyrgyzstan.
